All Ops Deck products are digital goods delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
All sales are final. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal or cancellation you may otherwise have.
License. Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the materials, in whole or in part.
No guarantee of results. These products are informational and operational tools. Outcomes depend on your own implementation, market, and effort. No specific revenue or business result is promised or implied.
Delivery issues. If you don't receive access, or the materials are inaccessible or corrupted, email hello@opsdecks.com within 14 days and we'll fix delivery or restore access. This is how you reach us about any problem with your order — we respond within one business day.
Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback in lieu of contacting support may result in immediate revocation of access.
